Want to get rewarded for attending events at the Hub?
Students who attend events happening in the Pitt Global Hub from September 3rd through October 18th may be eligible to enter our contest!
All types of events count: language tables, student club meetings, advising drop-in hours, info sessions, and more.
Each event held at the Hub will have an associated QR code that can be scanned in your myPittGlobal app (just use your Pitt username and password to sign in!). Students can also provide their contact information via a sign-in sheet to record attendance.
Contest Rules:
- Students must attend a minimum of 15 events from September 3rd through October 18th to be entered into the running.
- The student who attends the most events above the minimum 15 by midnight on Friday, October 18th will be the grand prize winner.
- Students who attend the second and third most events will be runner-up winners.
- Attendance must be logged via the myPittGlobal app OR via sign-in sheets at the events.
Grand Prize: A $2500 study abroad scholarship that can be used towards a fall, spring, summer, or spring break program.
Runner-Up Prizes: A Pitt swag bag from the University store at an estimated $250 (second runner-up) and $100 (third runner-up) value.
